He went above and beyond making sure that I was comfortable with the buy and showed great care and concern about me. His experience definitely shines through. I will be using this dealership for any new car purchases. Milton the finance manager took great care if me and made the car buying process easy. More

This is my 3rd MINI- and they by far blew away all of the experiences I have ever had with any dealership. They were very straightforward, genuine, knowledgeable and caring. I never thought I would say that about a dealership- but they have earned that and more. I know this review seems too good to be true-but so is the experience I received. I am very grateful to have worked with them and encourage you to do the same. You will not regret it for a moment! More

BEWARE the Pre-owned Vehicles! My experience with Mall of Georgia Mini was very lengthy, so bear with me. It started with me purchasing a 2008 Infiniti G37 Journey. Good car, but My experience with Mall of Georgia Mini was very lengthy, so bear with me. It started with me purchasing a 2008 Infiniti G37 Journey. Good car, but not nearly as spotless as the photos showed. Even so, it was a pre-owned, so I didn't expect it to be perfect. Still, I had seen much better at that price range. That said, I also did NOT expect the car to be dead only a few days later. Battery was 100% drained. I immediately contacted Mall of GA Mini who stated they would take care of it, but I had to pay for towing. I live 60~ miles away, so that was not cheap. No offer to reimburse me on it. Barely have 100 miles on my new car, and when it breaks down, they only offer half-way to make it right. Not a good sign. They keep the car for a day, replace the battery, and check the electrical. No problems found. I get the car back...two days later, dead again. I do research of my own, and find that this is actually a known problem with this vehicle, and that it's a matter of bypassing part of the electrical system to stop a battery drain. I ask if they will take care of it. Nope. Known problem with the car, but they will not fix it. I call a different Nissan dealership, who walks me through the process, free of charge. I decide, as I'm continuing to have issues with the car, to return it, and see about getting into another vehicle. This time, a Nissan Xterra. Absolutely ZERO help given on getting me into a different vehicle. In fact, I have to put $3000 towards the new vehicle, because they won't even offer me equal trade in on the G37, stating that the value has now significantly decreased because another owner is on the title. This is a blatant lie. I've bought and sold over 40 vehicles in my life. Having 3 owners on a car, versus 4, makes practically zero difference in value. I once traded in a vehicle that had 11 owners. It was never even mentioned. Now, going from new, to 1 owner, yes...because it's going from new to used. But this vehicle already had several other owners. One more did not make a difference. Fine, whatever. I can't keep fixing the Infiniti, so I do it. The Xterra is shown to me, absolutely caked in mud. The engine looks like it was submerged at some point. No spare tire. Outside is covered in scratches. There's mud inside the vehicle. It's missing the fog lights and part of the front bumper. Huge dent on rear bumper. I ask, can we do anything about the price? Nope. Honestly, I should have walked at this point, and I'll accept my fault for even continuing. But yes, I buy the Xterra anyway. $15,000 out the door, for an Xterra worth somewhere around $5-7,000. A few days later, I discover that there are oil spots all over my driveway. Yep, it's leaking oil. Significant amounts. Awesome. They offer to fix it. I take it in, they fix an o-ring (a known problem with Xterras, but was somehow not checked on this one), put in new oil, and assure me that it's good to go. Sure. Until another week later, where I find brand new oil spots. I'm told that it wasn't repaired properly, and to bring it back in. I do so, they fix it, and while it is no longer leaking from that location, it's still consuming a lot of oil. To the tune of around 2-3 qts per month (500~ miles). I will literally run out of oil before I'm due for another oil change, so I have to keep refilling the oil. Given that there was no warranty on the vehicle, and they've already "fixed" it twice, they will not touch it. Oh, and yep, there's a problem with the battery...but this time, it's because it's a 5 year old battery. It'll charge a little, but every few days or so, it becomes reluctant to start, so now I have to buy a new battery as well. This is the kind of service/quality of used vehicle you expect from a little roadside used car lot, buying a $3000 used 90's Honda. Not from a major dealership, on a "certified" $15,000 vehicle, to a repeat customer. At this point, readers will probably say "You're an idiot, you should have walked away." I agree. I have no valid argument against that. If a dealership treats you like this, and provides you vehicles in this kind of condition, absolutely walk away. Even if Mall of Georgia Mini reads this, their response will likely just be "It's a used vehicle, and was sold as-is. We have no legal requirement to fix this vehicle." And that's true as well. I haven't harassed them, caused a scene, or even asked for a manager. But seeing as I get mailings and phone calls from Mall of GA Mini asking how I'm enjoying my new Xterra...I figured I'd share the story of how my experience has gone. I encourage you to judge for yourself. More
