I had already worked with Shane a few days before and he was with another customer closing another deal ( Go Shane!!) So Ru helped us into the car and took me for a test drive! I was already “SOLD” on this car... we are a family of Mini owners and I have had my eye on this particular one for awhile! Once we were done we came into the office to draw up paperwork and Ru and Shane helped us through the negotiations. Once finally settled we were ready! Headed to the closing table! They took me out to my NEW Beautiful car and showed me the features and how to use everything! I was also presented with several gifts: a watch , shirts and a crochet toy mini! Which was my favorite because I crochet! I am utterly impressed with my experience here.
