It’s SO EASY to fall in love Not one, not two… Yes THREE! Who’s is this woman? I love to drive, I love my Mini, and I love to drive my Mini to the tune of about 25,000 miles per y Not one, not two… Yes THREE! Who’s is this woman? I love to drive, I love my Mini, and I love to drive my Mini to the tune of about 25,000 miles per year. It was a bright, sunny day and time to Visit Mall of Georgia Mini for my second service. For normal people this service would occur around year number two of ownership … but not this Motorist. Kaylee greeted me with a firm handshake and a smile. Yes it’s ME and I am back again. It’s almost like she knew what I wanted before I knew… Really, I am just here for service and admiring the new Mini models; and yet I found myself - willingly - on a test drive and really enjoying myself. After about 3 hours of running this lady in circles I stuck to my guns - “Just say no, Just say NO” - and I drive away with the same Mini I drove in with. I think this was all part of Kaylee’s plan. Once I arrived at home I just can’t help myself, and I send Kaylee a message — “If you have a convertible in British Racing Green I’ll take it”. Did I really just say that?? Of course I sent a list of additional - ridiculous demands - and my “Wish Upon A Star” payment - no way anyone is agreeing to this Mini extortion list. 24 hours later I am sitting at Kaylee’s desk signing for my brand spanking new, British Racing Green Convertible Mini Cooper! Who is this woman? I tried to resist, I even said NO … and yet Kaylee somehow managed to maneuver around all my objections and deliver the next Mini Love Affair of my life. Happiness - “Sigh” Seriously folks … Take it from this Car Guy and Mini Maniac — Rick Hendrick is a good man which is why I choose to buy from his dealership. Kaylee and the Team at Mall of Georgia Mini are the icing on the proverbial Mini Cake. I am certain when I walk into the dealership there is a whole bunch of eye-rolling and people hiding money, but this team always pulls through and delivers! Great People, and exactly the Mini I wanted My wife and I went to Mall of Georgia Mini a few days ago with the idea of “looking” at a Mini Countryman S (Iconic) they had in stock. We knew they had it on the lot from seeing it on-line, and knew it was exactly the Mini I had been wanting, but felt it would probably be impossible to swing a deal to get it. We also took our dog as we’re trying to socialize him so he can travel with us. When we arrived the Salesperson, Zach Stankowski, came out and introduced himself. Although he was never pushy about a sale he stayed close enough to answer question I might have. After a few minute of back and forth we decided to do a test drive, and my wife and dog, Augie, were invited to stay inside where it was cool while we did. Turns out the dealership is also dog friendly. Over the next several hours Stan worked very hard to get me into that Mini Cooper, at a price I wanted, for the trade-in on my old vehicle I could live with, and at a rate I would agree too. He was patient, always informative, always on point and kept the pace easy and positive. Very soon we realized we had a new Mini, an most the credit went to Zach’s hard efforts to shape the deal into something I would accept. I’ve dealt with sales people in the past who left me feeling like I was just “sold” something, but Zach made us feel like we got a really special deal and treated us like gold. I intend to keep my business with his dealership because of his treatment, and hope to push some sales his direction. More

False advertising at first but better now Mall of Georgia Mini advertised $30,900 for a car on their lot (including dealer fees). When I tried to buy that car they said it would be $34,600 pl Mall of Georgia Mini advertised $30,900 for a car on their lot (including dealer fees). When I tried to buy that car they said it would be $34,600 plus $699 dealer fee. When I showed them their website with the advertised price of $30,900 - they said that price doesn’t mean anything- it’s just how car dealers advertise. Eventually they agreed to $30,250 but refused to drop the fee, making the total $49 above the advertised price. Still felt very wrong. After discussing this with the dealer they agreed to change the language on their website to make it clear that not all buyers will qualify for the sale price. I appreciate the step in the right direction. More
