Arusha Hunter made our day just by walking up and saying Hi. He is a real asset to the dealership because of his openness, genuine friendliness, and easy going pitch. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle line, and so kindly and funny. We are snooty people, understand, and have walked off or just turned away from many a car salesman. Ru was a joy to meet, and a relief to work with. I could go on about how he hung around with us until 'way late on a Friday night (long after the sale was a done deal), how great Milton the Sales Manager has been, how fantastic Aaron the Service Manager has treated us, and what a great job Matt the General Manager did when we needed help with an issue, but you'll find out all about it. It has been a month now, and we are so happy with our 2015 Cooper S Clubman. The price for this very sporty and well-appointed car was less than we expected, the finance end has been perfectly seamless, the Service has been a jaw dropper, and our driving experience has been one delightful discovery after another. Huge shout out to both him and Milton Meeks in financing! we even had an issue once we got home with some water getting into the trunk, and after letting Arusha know about the issue he insisted it be brought in to make it right! Seems to have been an issue where the past owners did not tighten down the spare tire and with the massive amounts of rain we got it was slowly letting water in. all in all not a big issue. I would give them 10 more stars if I could! Will definitely be buying another mini cooper from this dealer and Arusha in the future! More

Another Mini from Mall of Georgia Mini! Just purchased my Certified 2018 Mini Cooper S from Jimi Mingo at mallofgamini.com. I had been speaking with him and John Secondo regarding finding a Just purchased my Certified 2018 Mini Cooper S from Jimi Mingo at mallofgamini.com. I had been speaking with him and John Secondo regarding finding a Mini that suited my needs. This is my second purchase from this dealership even though they are located 276 miles from my home. The reasons I drive so far? A) Huge selection, B) Competitive fair pricing and C) Great staff to work with. When I arrived somewhat bleary eyed from the drive, Jimi was there to greet me, offered a much needed cup of coffee and had my "prospect" clean and ready for a test drive. A nicer, funnier, more qualified salesman you'd be hard pressed to find. He was a joy to work with and made the numbers work. All the staff there are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Once we had the numbers, Paul in finance took me through the paperwork while Jimi kept an eye on service as I had them swap out tires and activate my Sirius radio. All in all a great experience. Well worth the drive! More

I asked about setting what options were available to get me into a newer Mini with warranty, so I didn't have to worry about expensive repairs should they come up. Jordan was my sales guy and he took the time to listen to my situation, and make a great recommendation that worked with my budget. Thankfully I was never pressured into anything that didn't fit. In seemingly record time thanks to Milton, I was upgraded to an exciting new ride with little hassle. Highly recommended! More
