I visited MOGF with the intentions of purchasing a new F150. Andrew had contacted me based on some information that I had input on their website while searching their inventory. I went to Toyota Mall of Georgia and Rick Hendrick's Chevrolet and test drove the Tundra and the Silverado. I had previously tested the Ram 1500 from Hayes. Andrew matched all of the features that I wanted and presented a Ford F150 FX2. Andrew and Brett got the price where I wanted and surprised me with an extremely competitive offer to take a Chrysler Town & Country off of my hands. Once we settled on the price, Ken made the paperwork seem quick and painless. Andrew then got me set up on SYNC. Finally, Lavonne presented me with the keys, paperwork, and a nice gift. Andrew and Brett gave me follow up calls/emails. Shelby addressed one small issue with the tail lights. I have had my truck for just over two weeks now and have been extremely pleased. I've been doing my research for a 2013 Explorer for quite a while. I knew the features that I wanted and the features that were optional / not required. Tom went out of his way to answer my emails within 20 minutes of my sending them...at night! I was able to talk to him about what I wanted and he was able to then tell me what he had available and what the price would be. The vehicle had all of the specs that I wanted and a few that I didn't require. He was able to work with the price to make it more attractive than any of the other Atlanta area dealers. At that point it had been 20 years since my last new car purchase. Car purchases in the mean time were with Carmax that advertises their "no haggle prices". This worked best for me as I progressed through the process with no surprises. I had the same sort of experience here. No haggling, no tricks, just the desire to give me what I wanted at a price that's fair for both parties. The financing phase went as well as possible. Buying a new car is not unlike buying a new house so it is time consuming. Their finance manager made it as easy and understandable as possible. Everything was laid out as described and was defined very clearly. I even received a letter after the purchase that my financing rate had dropped by 1%! A nice little bonus.
