We are sorry your experience did not meet your expectations. Deals can be complicated. The Sales personnel do not always have the knowledge to know all the ins and outs of every rebate. That is why when the purchase is made the Finance Manger does the paperwork with you. Your comments do explain that you knew there was a $500 difference out of the $5000 you had hoped for while in the Finance Managers office. We also understood that you were not having the best experience so we did offer you the oil changes. We would not give any consideration for a particular response on a survey. We would, though, mention that we want you to be completely satisfied and would hope you feel that way too. We truly wish you the very best in the future and hope you are happy with your new vehicle.

At Mall of Georgia Ford we believe in service after the sale and do everything in our power to address all concerns for our loyal customers. A review such as this comes as a great surprise because after searching our records and discussions with our staff and management team we can find no record or recollection of this situation. It is difficult to believe that something of this nature would occur and the customer would not call on a member of our management team to seek a resolution. Even though it is impossible to confirm a condition and recommendation I would have to agree with recommendation of an alignment at 35,000 when replacing tires. As for as the opinion of the “certified tire dealer manager” determining the tire condition was a result of a lack of rotation, is totally incorrect. All tire manufacturers would agree that one tire wearing in the center could only be a result of that one tire being over-inflated with too much air. Over inflation is the only thing that will cause premature wear in the center of a tire.
