This dealership is not worth doing a deal with. If you decide to work with this horrible dealership, make sure everything that you want is in the deal sheet. These sales people do not stick by their word. As a man, this is ridiculous, as a person buying 50,000 worth of car; this is maddening. They looked me in the eye and promised they'd get me another key. I called 7 times for 2 months after and only got the response "yeah we'll call you back and get you that key". John Fike specifically and Ken Guillory (who is no longer there, go figure)... after 2.5 months of calling weekly and emailing with barely any response - I called on my birthday because they left a voicemail leaving me a "happy birthday" and I got the general sales manager... I calmly explained my situation and how I felt his sales people made it apparent i'd get my second key - he would not budget and said absolutely not; and that the customer is not right. Don't deal with this dealership - they will waste your time. Please note - I didn't even negotiate the deal of my car and we felt we were pretty great customers; but the way they handled this scenario is not how to deal with customers if you care at all about customer experience.
