Allen Green, my service representative, was outstanding. After leaving the dealership, I took my truck to an inspection center as part of the annual vehicle registration process. It failed because the censor that the inspector accesses was not responding. I returned to your dealership and Allen spent 30-minutes pulling and inspecting fuses on the F-150. All were fine, so I went to another inspection center and the F-150 passed inspection. The first inspectors equipment probably failed. I was impressed with the time Allen took to check out the possible problem. More
