We purchased a car there with an extended warranty. Used it within the first two weeks we had the car. That was THE ONLY time we have been able to use the bumper to bumper warranty. We have needed it but th it within the first two weeks we had the car. That was THE ONLY time we have been able to use the bumper to bumper warranty. We have needed it but they will not diagnose anything unless we pay and additional amount and even then they will not use that warranty. Very disappointed in this dealership and the service department. They do not care about the customer only the sale and move on. More
