Jason, manager on duty, gave me the middle finger when trying to ask why he didn’t have a rental for my handicap father to use while they take two days to put leather seats in. He bought a brand new 2020 trying to ask why he didn’t have a rental for my handicap father to use while they take two days to put leather seats in. He bought a brand new 2020 RAM a week prior, asking them to order leather to be put in. Still no rental or alternative. Though, it’s been requested. Told me it wasn’t apart of the deal and advised me to get out of his dealership.Very unprofessional staff here at Mall of GA CDJR. I’m sure the GM (or even their high-ups) would love to see the camera footage of that this morning around 1000. I would highly discourage anyone from buying a car/ truck/ SUV from Mall of GA CDJR. There are more dealerships than I can mention within 5 miles of this dealership. BEWARE. Also, I called at 0900, opening time, and management was unavailable. Worst car buying experience ever. Unfair ignorant treatment I did not appreciate going here getting any type of service done the technician or mechanic David wasn’t very nice and smart mouth on the phone with m I did not appreciate going here getting any type of service done the technician or mechanic David wasn’t very nice and smart mouth on the phone with me the other technician Dan and a few other guys that was up there but mainly those two acted like I was an annoyance and I come up there to get my oil changed and a diagnostic done because something was drawing power from my battery and they would not fix my car the proper way meaning my driver window somehow someone end up putting the window down and I told them the window didn’t work on the driver side and I asked them not to put it down then they didn’t seem to fix it right the correct way so I had to speak with the ignorant person named David do not want to go up here again they make people feel uncomfortable like they don’t want to do service with someone that’s black or a woman that has a older car. And when I brought my car back to the house I noticed it had scratches on it also I did not appreciate this but of course I can’t prove who put it on there but it wasn’t there before I brought it up there I know this much. More
