The overall experiance was great, but for the dealership to give a trade-in value for my previous vehicle took an extremely long time. I was shopping for a company vehicle. The original order process which was to be handled by our contract leasing compnay had been delayed and eventually we canceled the factory order. I explained that what I wanted to do was see what vehicles they had in stock to see if they might have one that would fit our order specifications. In fact they had several qualified vehicles and Randy did a great job of helping me find the best fit for our budget and for my needs. Then Randy and the Mall of Georgia team had to deal with the leasing company to negotiate a retail sale that would comply with their requirements. It all was handled smoothly - from my perspective - and I was able to get the vehicle I wanted very promptly. More

Was really surprised by the service and attention from the sales and finance people. Nothing pushy at all. lots of mechanical problems with this vehicle but got it for a great price.when the dealership changed the brake pads they forgot to service the roters now we have to buy new roters and the oil pressure sen for a great price.when the dealership changed the brake pads they forgot to service the roters now we have to buy new roters and the oil pressure senser is leaking (cheap part to fix if we do it our selves) and the radator is leaking from the top. (can get soemthing for that until we have the money to replace) and the rear diferancial is leacking a very very little bit. the dealership was slow on turning in the title to the county. but the sales person was nice and we thought that we weren't going to get the vechile then he came back with a wonderful deal!
