Was really surprised by the service and attention from the sales and finance people. Nothing pushy at all. (which I wasn't) Randy did everything that I asked when I made my offer and I felt heard and was treated with respect WITHOUT lots of going back and forth on price. When I got back to the Finance office I really Really found a great & pleasant surprise in CHAD BASTIA the Finance Mgr. He was fantastic, very professional along with being very kind and willing to work with us with out being prompted. He was very knowledgeable and fair along with just being a GOOD person. lots of mechanical problems with this vehicle but got it for a great price.when the dealership changed the brake pads they forgot to service the roters now we have to buy new roters and the oil pressure sen for a great price.when the dealership changed the brake pads they forgot to service the roters now we have to buy new roters and the oil pressure senser is leaking (cheap part to fix if we do it our selves) and the radator is leaking from the top. (can get soemthing for that until we have the money to replace) and the rear diferancial is leacking a very very little bit. the dealership was slow on turning in the title to the county. but the sales person was nice and we thought that we weren't going to get the vechile then he came back with a wonderful deal! More

The sales person, Daniel, was very friendly and easy to talk with. He was not the least bit pushy, allowing me to view and ask questions at my own pace. The sales manager, Steve, was very patient and professional, calmly addressing my concerns and working with me to find mutually agreeable terms. Finally, Magdelena, the finance guru, did nothing short of magic with finding a phenomenal loan rate (beating my own Credit Union by more than a point) and was able to find a way to include a warranty to ease my mind (my previous truck had just died an untimely death due to a very expensive mechanical failure) while keeping my payments right where I had calculated they would be without warranty with my own financing. This team, along with the genuine good natured spirit of all the people I met at this dealership, earned my respect. This is the second vehicle I've purchased here and I'm sure it won't be my last. I came in on a Wednesday evening around 5pm and spent time making the right selection for my new truck. Rusty answered all of my questions, worked with me to get a deal we were both happy with, and was u time making the right selection for my new truck.
