I would recommend Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep very highly. It was very easy for me to determine what inventory they had prior to visiting the dealership via the internet. My sales person (Jeremy very highly. It was very easy for me to determine what inventory they had prior to visiting the dealership via the internet. My sales person (Jeremy Shaffer) was very professional in that he is extreamely knowledgeable about the products he sells and is very helpfull without bbeing overbearing. I have been buying vehicles for 35 years and I can honestly say that Jeremy gave me the most complete description I have ever had of of the features and benefits of a vehicle I was interested in. Chad Bastia the Business Manager was a real pleasure to work with as well. He made arrangements for competitive financing and did a great job of explaining options such as extended warranties and Gap insurance. The one constructive comment I would make about this dealer is that it would be a good idea to have more people who could perform Business Manager tasks related to completing the sales process. Chad was very busy and it took him quite some time to get to me after Jeremy and I had agreed on our deal. Note that Chad did come out to let me know about the wait and apopogize in advance which I appreciated very much. More

Rusty was phenomenal about zeroing in on the right car for me that fits my needs - and budget. He never pressured me or talked down to me. As a woman, I appreciated that. I have to say I had fun! I would definitely go back to this dealership and will request that Rusty Honiotes be my consultant every time. More

The Mall of Georgia Jeep had a great selection of Jeeps. I found them through the Jeep web site that allow me to drill down to the inventory of the dealers in my area. The Mall of Georgia Jeep the biggest selection and had better deals than I was finding on CarsDirect. The staff was very knowledgeable on Jeeps. The service guys were friendly and the parts department was very helpful. I would recommend them to others and this is from a guy that has owned only Hondas since 1984. More
This is my second experience buying from Mall of GA Jeep. Robert was my rep in both occasions and both times has been very forthcoming, friendly, and he's gone out of his way to my needs. This time around we Robert was my rep in both occasions and both times has been very forthcoming, friendly, and he's gone out of his way to my needs. This time around we also got the chance to work with Chad for our financing. Chad was also friendly and very efficient. There was a bit of a delay between our agreement and actually getting to the finance office, but once we were there we were taken care of very professionally and courteously. Both Robert and Chad were outstanding and I would recommend them anytime. Additionally, the service team has always been very friendly and helpful. I plan to use them for all of my maintenance needs. We went to Mall of Georgia CDJ because of the extremely low price they were advertising on the car I wanted. The price was good and there was no haggling because I didn’t have a trade. I had already conf low price they were advertising on the car I wanted. The price was good and there was no haggling because I didn’t have a trade. I had already confirmed they still had the car before we drove 60 miles to the dealership. However, even with having all of that out of the way before we got there, we were at the dealership for over 3 hours, most of which was spent sitting alone in the showroom wondering what was going on and why it was taking so long. Occasionally we would hear that we were "next in financing" and there was no one ahead of us. But still, we sat. We could have understood it if there had a showroom full of customers, but as far as we could tell we were the only ones buying a car at that time. While we were waiting, no one offered us a cup of coffee or even a drink of water. My wife finally got up and looked for the coke machine but when she found it somewhere in the back nestled between racks of tires, she hesitated to go back there, wondering if it was an "employees only" area. I will have to say that once we finally got into finance, it was fairly painless. I appreciated not being pressured to buy warranties, protection packages, floor mats and all the other useless stuff they sometimes try to push on the customer at the closing. We were out of there in a reasonable amount of time, but that might have been because I’d already told the salesman I wasn’t interested in anything they would try to sell me there.. However, after finance, the waiting started again. I don't know why it took so long to get the car cleaned up but I stood around for what seemed like 30 minutes afterwards while they finished with it (that’s in addition to the 3 hours we’d already been hanging around doing nothing), Then Mike took it to "put a few gallons of gas" in it, and that’s exactly what he did – put a few gallons in it. This marked the first time I've ever bought a new car which wasn't delivered with a full tank of gas. Then I had to wait for him to find a screwdriver to put the temporary tag on it. To top it off, when I finally got in the car I discovered that when they cleaned it up they used something in it that smelled like those cheap air fresheners you see in carwashes. I mentioned this to Mike and he just kind of shrugged it off. It totally obliterated the new car smell (something I look forward to when I buy a new car) and was so offensive that I drove partway home with windows and sunroof open – in January – to air it out. In addition to all that, I was told several things wrong in response to questions I asked about the car while I was looking it over. First, I was told that the engine has variable displacement (Chrysler calls it MDS). It doesn’t because it was the 6-speed model. I asked if the 6-speed had the “skip shift” that forces shifts from first to fourth under certain conditions. I was told no. It does. Then when I asked if it had automatic headlights, I was told yes, and not only did they come on automatically when it got dark, they’d dim automatically when another car approaches. Not so (on the dimming part). This dealership does not know the product they’re selling, nor do they care about the customer. All they care about is the sale. The only thing that would get me back here would be another deal like the one I got, but even then I’d think long and hard about it. More
Good experience, but we did all the research online prior visiting the dealership. Randy tryied hard to switch us to a higher trim, and he did it. From the first hand shake to the last one when he gave me the keys to my 2007 Jeep Compass,I experienced nothing short of the best dealership environment that i've come across. Mr.Robert Baptiste worked with me,showed me the carfax and answered any questions that I had. He wasnt the pushy sales man that I've seen at so many other places. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know if they were shopping around for a great car. More
