I purchased a 2011 ram and it was a wonderful experience. I worked with Robert Baptiste and it was evident that he was there to hlp and really put forth a good effort to help make our deal a success. I lov I worked with Robert Baptiste and it was evident that he was there to hlp and really put forth a good effort to help make our deal a success. I love the truck and am very proud of it on the road. The value the dealership placed into the trade was exceptional and the special on the ram, (10,000) off sticker was the deal maker. Robert is to be commended as well as his entire team. Having sold cars for a living, It was nice to see someone care. Well doen to Robert and his team. More
Matt is extremely knowledgable and helpful. If he didn't have the answer to a question, he was eager to find it instead of making one up. First time I've bought a new car, and still feel a bit burned by th have the answer to a question, he was eager to find it instead of making one up. First time I've bought a new car, and still feel a bit burned by the tacked on "doc fees" at the end, that were unmentioned during the sale but somehow unnegotiable once sneaked into the final price, but the price was more than fair in the end. Also thought it was a bit cheap to not fill the gas tank up on a new car, but then again I never asked having mixed emotions about having a new Jeep but having $580 in two separate "doc fees" slipped in at the last minute. Nonetheless, I would recommend anyone within a few hours of Buford, GA to make the trip and visit this dealer. Having plenty of Jeeps on hand is great when weighing options. The staff was honest sincere and straightforward which made the doc fees easier to overlook. More

Everything that could be done to aid us in our decision was done and more. We came from the other side of Atlanta and were glad we did. The ability to see what was available online before driving that far was immeasurable beneficial to us as we work on opposite sides of Atlanta from each other and a great distance from this dealership. I would tell anyone to strongly consider using this dealership for their car buying needs. We wanted a used Sebring convertible and so far a month later we are extremely pleased with the vehicle. Each part of the sale was enjoyable; believe it or not we were laughing during the financing part - no stress. More
Larry Jackson was simply spectacular! He was extremely professional, polite, and had a tremendous knowledge base of the Dodge Challenger (which i purchased from him). His effective engagement and courteo professional, polite, and had a tremendous knowledge base of the Dodge Challenger (which i purchased from him). His effective engagement and courteous demaeanor was clearly the #1 reason I purchased the vehicle. Larry was able to handle the price negotiation without it being a miserable experience and in fact, his approach made me less consumed with the price and got me more focused on Mall of Ga. Dodge's total value offering. I have bought a lot of cars and did visit your Dodge competitors in the area nad never found anyone as professional, polite or well versed in his craft than Larry. I would also mention that the sales manager made the price negotiation fair and the lady from poland who I paid at the end had a great sense of humor and was very polite- a great ambassador for your company. I WILL come back to mall of Ga. Dodge to buy a car because of Larry!! More

We did not enjoy working with Tom for a variety of reasons. First, he attempted to pressure us into buying the first car we looked at on the lot. As soon as we mentioned our interest in the car, he reasons. First, he attempted to pressure us into buying the first car we looked at on the lot. As soon as we mentioned our interest in the car, he said that there was an offer on it from a person in Maine who was "going to wire the money to us (dealership) today." Shockingly, the car was still there that night (Friday), but only because "the person decided to buy by Monday." It was obvious to us that this was a poorly concealed pressure tactic. Second, Tom did not exhibit professionalism. While we were meeting with one of his co-workers, it was clear that Tom was not happy that we were discussing our purchase with another employee (Stan). He proceeded to tell us that Stan didn't know what he was talking about, and that he knew nothing about mini-vans. This made us very uncomfortable, as we were enjoying the stress-free approach that Stan was taking in our decision. Furthermore, Tom made sure that his name went on the sales receipt along with Stan. After waiting for HOURS for the financing department (after we were repeatedly told it would only be "7 or 8 more minutes..."), Tom left before our deal was finalized. I was there with my 2 year old and 2 month old, and wanted more than anything to leave and get them dinner, but instead, Tom was the one leaving. Stan stayed until the deal was complete. I appreciated that. My husband and I did not appreciate the time we had to wait for the financing department. We were told they were short-handed. Because we had two small children, we would have loved the opportunity to be told to leave to get dinner and come back. Instead we waited... and waited... and did not leave the dealership until after 9 pm. (Screaming children included). Finally, when my husband returned the next day to deliver the title of our trade-in vehicle, he met with Tom again. Tom proceeded to use inappropriate language within earshot of small children in the dealership. My husband was not impressed by this language, and was offended that Tom would think this was professional or appropriate. While we enjoyed working with Stan, and are excited about our new vehicle, we were not impressed with Tom. We would have preferred not to work with him, and would not request to work with him in the future. More
First, let me say that I wish I had known about the security etching before purchasing the vehicle. The Grand Cherokee I chose was brand new off of the delivery truck. When I first saw the vehicle, it security etching before purchasing the vehicle. The Grand Cherokee I chose was brand new off of the delivery truck. When I first saw the vehicle, it was great. When I was taking delivery of the vehicle, however, there was security etching on the every window of the vehicle that wasn't there when I previously looked at it. I had no say in whether or not the windows had the etching on them. To top it off, the etching on the windows was done very poorly. It wasn't straight and wasn't consistent from window to window. The etching looks horrible. The etching on the driver's window must be 20 degrees off of level, which makes it terrible to look at every time I walk up to the vehicle. All of the windows are like this. To add to this, the rear door windows are done in different places. On one of the windows, the etching is on forward side of the window, while it is on the rear side of the other window. This adds to the low quality of work that was done by the dealership. I love the jeep, but not the dealer. The dealership did nothing to compensate us for the horrible quality which added to the frustration. If I was going to buy another Chrysler, Dodge, or Jeep vehicle, there is a very good chance that I would choose another dealership to avoid the frustration of this one. More
