Rusty was very personable and worked very hard on our part to make sure it was a low stress experience. This was my second visit in 5 months (first jeep was totalled in an accident). Rocky was extremely helpful with the first purchase and when I let him know of the loss, he let me know he had another jee totalled in an accident). Chad who helped us with the financing was patient with us, and thoroughly explained each of the financing options, etc. The quality of work was superior to other dealerships we have visited. Robert made sure he got us the van with all of the options we were looking for. He made sure to give us a "mini" inservice to show us how to work all of the features. He double checked the van to make sure it was extra clean before we drove it out of the lot. Robert definitely went the extra mile to make our car buying experience a pleasure. Robert was extremely friendly. He talked with my children and made them feel special. (he fixed them hot chocolate, took them to watch TV while we were completing financing, and asked them about their interests, etc.) He could not have been nicer.
