We would have to say the only thing is the process all together should not take over 5 hours. The process of test driving the vehicle and getting a deal only took about 2 to 2 1/2 hours it was waiting ar together should not take over 5 hours. Rocky was great, very knowledgeable about our new Durango and was very friendly. This is our second vehicle we have purchased at the Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Very professional. More
After visiting CarMax and realizing they did not really care to sell me a car I went to Mall of Georgia Jeep to see if the experience would be any better. It was. From the moment I stepped on their lot I care to sell me a car I went to Mall of Georgia Jeep to see if the experience would be any better. It was. From the moment I stepped on their lot I felt important and respected. Rocky Ball approached me to see if he could help me. He was very pleasant actually very "real" unlike most car salesmen I have dealt with over the years. He showed me several vehicles that met my list of requirements and we took a test drive. All the while he exhibited a great deal of knowledge about the Grand Cherokee I was test driving. I had done a decent amount of research, but he pointed out things about the vehicle I had not known. When we started to work on the numbers, the negotiations were pretty quick and with acceptable results. It was clear to me that they really did want to make the sale. Once I agreed with their offer, Rocky started the paperwork and it was no long before I was sitting with Chad going over the warranty and finance options. Chad explained everything in great detail and suggested things in terms of which way to go for both warranty and financing and really seemed to want to give me the best of both. Everyone I came in contact with from the dealership was very pleasant and friendly. It was more like visiting friends than going to buy a car. If your looking for a new car, give these guys a shot, they truly do want to earn your business and everything they do will prove that to you. More
After owning 3 Grand Cherokees, when it came time to purchase a new vehicle we were naturally drawn back to the new 2011 model. I stumbled upon this dealership while surfing the web and found exactly what we were looking for at an affordable price. I have to admit we were very skeptical with this internet pricing, but after dealing with our salesman Jeremy, we felt very confident the 5 hour road trip to select our vehicle was a no brainer. The deal we made on the phone was the same deal when we got there. In fact the financial manager Chad, was able to save us even more on the deal. Jeremy, our salesman was very professional, accommodating and knowledgeable with every aspect of our deal. Everything went very smooth with no pressure. Rusty was great to work with. He made every effort to get us the price we were comfortable with. Throughout the whole experience he did all the work of getting us information as we asked for it. He didn't have us follow him around as he worked everything out. We sat in comfort at his desk. He offered us a drink as well as snacks as he complete our purchase. We came back the day after purchase to drop off keys to me trade in and Rusty came back out to go over all the feature of the vehicle a second time just to make sure we caught it all the first day. He also spend quite a bit of time removing a 'film of glue' left behind on removal of a sticker. He made us aware of an upcoming demonstration class for new owners and made sure that we know to call him personally with any questions. On the financial side; Chad made that process a little less stressful by being clear on terms and options that were available to us. He was mindful of the budget we set aside for this vehicle and didn't try to pressure us into any additional options. Even though we did decide to go with the extended warranty due to his explanation of this program. Overall that was a very 'pleasant' experiance with no aggressive sales technique used........... I hate when people do that! So, it is very nice to have a good feeling as you leave verses a frustrated feeling. More
Rusty did and outstanding job selling this car. I was looking at three different cars. I liked his attitude and he answered every question I had. I stopped at this location three different times. After deciding on one and taking it for a test drive, Stan spent time after hours answering our questions and working with us. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly and willing to help us. We feel like we got the best deal for our money at this dealership.
