Never in a million years would I let anyone I know actually go to this dealership. They will sell you a brand new car and then not care when something goes wrong. The blinker arm broke off and they actually go to this dealership. They will sell you a brand new car and then not care when something goes wrong. I have had the car ONE WEEK. This is the most outrageous thing I have ever experienced in customer service. They say that it is not under warranty because I was applying too much pressure??? I haven't had the car long enough to even figure it all out!!! I will not let ANYONE I know do business with this dealership. These people want you in a car and on your way to never speak to them again. They are not going to make it right and they do not care. I am outraged right now and cannot believe the way this has happened. Anyone that wants to contact me, please do! This is beyond the realm of what I could even imagine as horrible customer service. This is just plain mean and ugly. Never do business here. Even if you have to drive farther away and pay more money; do it. You will be thankful you did. More

My experience at the Mall of Georgia Dodge dealership was the best I have ever had at a dealership so far. Matthew Sampson was the reason I purchased my vehicle here instead of somewhere else. The Sales person, Matthew Sampson, was extremely knowledgable about the vechicle I purchased. He took his time to explain all the features of the vechile prior to test driving the vechicle. The test drive was long, which allowed me to get comfortable with the handling and power of the vechicle. After the test drive, there was no pressure to purchase that day. I left the dealership to enjoy the rest of the afternoon, but did request that Matthew run some numbers for me. The next day he emailed me the figures, which allowed me to estimate the monthly payment of several trim levels. Over the next two weeks, Matthew kept in touch with me, while my schedule did not permit another trip to dealership. Finally when I made it back to the dealership, Matthew located the vechicle I wanted, and we proceeded with the paperwork. Matthew introduced me to his finance manager Chad Bastia, to complete the sale. Chad was pleasure to speak with, and helped get the monthly payment with a few dollars of my estimate. Since the purchase was completed so late in the day, it was not possible to drive out in my new vechicle, but Matthew provided a very nice loaner car, and than delivered my vechicle to my office the following afternoon. Was a great overall experience, and I would recommend Matthew and Chad to friends and family that are interested in purchase a Dodge, Chryler, or Jeep. More
