Dealership will not return calls for any issues. For over two weeks I have tried to contact management in all departments, which include : accounting, finance even the general manager of the store. I would like to start by saying I have never written a review before, but I felt compelled to write this one. I had the absolute worst experience with this dealership that I have EVER had! My husband and review before, but I felt compelled to write this one. I had the absolute worst experience with this dealership that I have EVER had! My husband and I came in looking to buy a Jeep. Our sales person was actually very nice and personable. We took a test ride in a Jeep that we both fell in love with. After our test drive we told him that we wanted to purchase this Jeep. My husband told him what we would like our monthly payment to be. He said he was going to work on the number and get right back to us. My husband and I decided to go for a walk at George Pierce Park while he was working on it. Before we left my husband asked him if we could leave a deposit. He said no they didn’t do that. While on our walk another sales person took the keys to let another couple do a test drive even though our sales person explained that he was working on the paperwork for us to buy the car. When we got back from our walk we were met in the parking lot by our salesman and told that the other couple bought the car and it was gone. We were absolutely shocked that this could even happen, especially because we offered to leave a deposit to secure it and they wouldn’t take it. This honestly was the worst experience I have ever had. Luckily, we went right down the street to The Mall of Georgia Mazda Dealership and had the BEST experience ever and walked away with our dream Jeep! They were so amazing and professional. We were able to leave a 1,000 dollars to secure the Jeep until we were able to transfer our money over. I think my husband asked them several times if the Jeep would be there when we were going to pick it up on Monday morning. They seemed a little confused at all the questions and finally asked why. When we told them about the experience we had a few short days ago they couldn’t believe it. In fact they apologized to us for the experience we had from the other dealership. An apology that we never got from Mall of Georgia Jeep. If you want a great, smooth and professional experience a highly recommend you steer clear of this place! Hopefully, this is my one and only review I will ever have to write. More

I wonder if the owner knows what's going on in this place he couldn't possibly. I have called there 5 times and left 3 messages for there GM Brian not a single call back and there used car Mgr just as worthl he couldn't possibly. I have called there 5 times and left 3 messages for there GM Brian not a single call back and there used car Mgr just as worthless and rude leased a 21 jeep compass from them called the used car Mgr to see if he wanted to buy it for 19.000 it is perfect with 28 k garage kept over the phone he told me yes but when I arrived that's when the lies began and rude behavior needless to say I left went to landmark Chrysler what a difference not only did I lease another vehicle but they gave me 20.600 for my vehicle I live in buford ga one returned phone call from GM Brian this all could have been solved this is a Old School car dealer that could care less about there customers if your smart you will pass this place up More
This was some of the worst customer service I have ever received. My service advisor was unpleasant from the moment I arrived for my appointment. I had a few questions about the work they were going to do received. My service advisor was unpleasant from the moment I arrived for my appointment. I had a few questions about the work they were going to do in my car and he didn’t seem to care to answer them let alone hear me out on the issues. I was told they had to keep my car for 3 days which was tough bc I had to get a rental. He said he would call by the end of the day with a diagnosis and cost. I never received a call and had to call 3 times to get ahold of my service guy and then he told me he would call back and never did. At this point this is 2 days of a rental with no real update until the third day. I arrived and the car wasn’t repaired and all they did was an oil change while my car sat on their lot for 3 days untouched and I had to pay for a rental. Now it’s all said and done and my car still isn’t fixed and I’m $300 in the hole for literally a 10 minute oil change. I won’t be returning and this place left a xxxxty taste in my mouth for sure. My advice is choose a different shop. I’m not generally the one to leave reviews at all let alone one like this. Good luck!! More

The employees were unfriendly and seemed bothered I was there for my appointment. They conned me out of a $200 “diagnosis” fee only after I called their claims department and they told me they’d cover a ma there for my appointment. They conned me out of a $200 “diagnosis” fee only after I called their claims department and they told me they’d cover a malfunctioning item. Then when the diagnosis was done they said it was broken not malfunctioning and that wasn’t covered. Like why can’t they say that before I gave then my money for practically nothing to gain. More
