I scheduled my appointment for 2 recalls to be done on a Wednesday afternoon, I dropped my vehicle off on Thursday evening so it would be there for my appointment on Friday morning. At approx. 4 pm Friday Wednesday afternoon, I dropped my vehicle off on Thursday evening so it would be there for my appointment on Friday morning. At approx. 4 pm Friday I had to call the service dept. to ask about my vehicle. I was told they completed 1 recall and would let me know when my vehicle was complete. I heard from no-one Friday or Saturday. When I stopped at the dealership on Monday morning at 9 am I was advised they did not have the other part and it was ordered. I was then told I could take my car; however, I can't drive 2 vehicles at once, so I had to have a co-worked take me back to the dealership to pick up my car. After waiting approximately 15 minutes for them to bring me my car I was told it was blocked in by a tow truck and that they were attempting to have it moved and that there was a bolt in the tire, and it would need to be replaced. There was nothing wrong with the tires when I dropped it off. Obviously, this would need to be fixed. The service person (Ryan) told me it would take about 30 minutes or so to get the tire and another 30-45 minutes to make the repair. I advised him I had to return to work and was given a ride and told they would call as soon as it was ready. This was at about 1:45 pm. I did not here from anyone, so I again called the service department at 4:15 pm to be told they left me a voicemail. I advised him that I had my phone with me and received no calls on my phone or voicemails. He insisted that he called me at approximately 3:40 pm, which either way would have been 2 hours later. I then had to call my wife and have her get a ride to the dealership to meet me so she could drive my other vehicle home. To say the least I was very disappointed in the service and the lack of communications. I was told the part was ordered and it is now Wednesday almost a week after I dropped the car off the first time and haven't heard from the service department about the part. At this point in time, I will be taking my vehicle to another location to have the recall fixed and will no longer recommend your dealership to anyone for sales or service. My family and a former business owner purchased or leased many vehicles in the past but will never do it again. More
