Not the greatest experience, yet I still recommend I wasn't going to purchase a vehicle here because the dealership assumed negative equity on my trade-in [they had not yet seen or appraised it] - that I wasn't going to purchase a vehicle here because the dealership assumed negative equity on my trade-in [they had not yet seen or appraised it] - that was a major no-go for me. After speaking with Kristine, however, she convinced me to come in and said she'd pair me with the best salesman. The salesman was distracted when we were with him. It was extremely hot and he would go inside, leaving my kids and I standing out in the heat. He took a few phone calls as well, which I thought was unprofessional. After we purchased the vehicle, he actually started working with another family and didn't ensure our transaction was complete. We had to come back for our temp plate, rear mats, old plate and car detail. He did tell us for our inconvenience we would receive two free details, so that was great. We came back to get the car detailed and it was poorly done. The salesman were some too rectified that as well. Overall, the dealership along with the pricing and additional packages are AMAZING. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Malcolm Cunningham to my friends! More
