My salesman helped me to find a truck that my family likes and enjoys. With my trade in however I think they could have done better. A good car at a great price, with excellent service I arrived at the dealership for a pre-arranged test drive, about 10 minutes early. I did sit a little before actually getting things underway- but not unusually long. Once we got started, my salesperson was quite amenable to working with me. I found her very friendly and quite knowledgable about the car, the conditions of the sale, and issues of insurance, licensing, and so on. Once we completed the initial phases, she presented me with 'the figures'. I told her that I wanted to negotiate down-ward a bit, since I was buying this vehicle outright. She agreed, and I was able to save myself about another $180. I was then sent over to financing to conclude the deal and was also glad that I had a very good experience there. With the money I'd just saved, I was able to purchase an extended care-and-repair policy. All in All, I was able to purchase, license, tag, insure and protect my new used vehicle well within my budget, and this dealership's people LISTENED and did not pressure me into something I didn't want and/or could not afford. I am very pleased with my experience, and will highly recommend this dealer to my friends and collegues. Thank you. More
