Contacted the dealership about 2 vehicles they had in stock on their website for days. Spoke with Kristine Bell. Asked me to come in and look at them. Scheduled time off work this afternoon for it. Sold days before. Vehicles are still posted as in stock on their website. Either it is false and misleading advertising or their sales staff are complete liars. Don't waste your time. Lots of other dealerships around. Contacted Monday by the dealership with the same apology as others. Actions speak louder than words and it is blatantly obvious they don't care. After reading multiple reviews its plain to see they wont change their bait and switch tactics. Same GM, same issues. If I were the owner I would start there and work my way down. More

Car Buying Experience I knew Deaderick from buy two vehicles from Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet last year just by talking with him but Deaderick was not our salesperson. Th I knew Deaderick from buy two vehicles from Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet last year just by talking with him but Deaderick was not our salesperson. This year we traded our 2017 Silverado Truck for a 2020 Silverado Truck. Deaderick did what he did to help my wife and I buy the truck. He was very respectful and presented a 5 Star customer service the whole time. We will look for Deaderick again when we decide to buy another vehicle or recommend him to people who need to buy a car. Even though we did not get the monthly payment we wanted but we bought the truck because we like it and Deaderick was very helpful and honest addressing our concerns. He is the epitome of a salesperson. Ron is a good person. We respect him. However, he asked me couple of times about my other vehicles I have at the house and I provided the information to him such as the VIN number for my two Toyotas because he mentioned discounts for the customer. I do not know what type of discounts I got from providing the VIN number of my other two vehicles because my monthly payment is still the same. Ron, helped the day I came back in to bring the truck to order the part for for the Navigation system and I appreciate his professionalism. He is a good person. Once I got to the part where you review the costs and sign the papers it became a nightmare. They were pushy and borderline disrespectful because I disagreed with the costs and because they never answered my questions about the costs upfront when I asked. Not only that the service fee they charge is outrageous. They charge you over a $1000.00 to service a vehicle that is their responsibility to do so before selling it. Any deals they give you they get it back in the service fee. More
