Dishonets people. Be very careful! I went to Major World Cjdr located at 50-30 Northern Blvd. with the hope of trading my car and buy a new one. While "appraising" they damaged my car, I went to Major World Cjdr located at 50-30 Northern Blvd. with the hope of trading my car and buy a new one. While "appraising" they damaged my car, but promised they would fix it the following week, and when I came back they denied ever doing anything wrong. Instead, they offered less money for my car and expected me to accept their "deal"! Be careful and do not trust anyone in that dealership. I am not going to post the names of the people I dealt with because I am in the process of filing a lawsuit, but I want to warn costumers. More

SCAMMERS!! BEWARE-PREDATORY My mom went into the Major dealership on Saturday, February 25, 2017 because she was interested in buying a new Jeep Wrangler. Since she has a Jeep Wr My mom went into the Major dealership on Saturday, February 25, 2017 because she was interested in buying a new Jeep Wrangler. Since she has a Jeep Wrangler, the salesperson asked for the keys to it so they could determine trade in value. When they had looked over the car, they gave my mom back the keys. What they didn't tell her was that they damaged the driver's side door. She confronted Chris Lewis (Salesperson) and Manager (Marco Correa) about it and they apologized and acknowledged that they had damaged the door and told my mother to come back on Monday, February 27 to get the door fixed. When my mother arrived on Monday, they played dumb and now deny they ever damaged the car and now refuse to fix it. But they claimed they would still give her a "good deal" More

He took his time to check the inventory to find the exact model and color I wanted. Not pushy at all and very accommodating! I had actually come from another Chrysler dealership because the sales person was NOT helpful or friendly and was too pushy. After the transaction they allowed me to come back the next day to get the car fully cleaned and detailed at no charge and took their time to answer some additional questions I had. Neal is always available or quickly responses when I do call with any questions. Very painless experience! Highly recommended! More
