Best deal on a 15' Dodge Durango Our experience at Major Dodge was better than expected. Our sales rep, Dolores Rodriguez was wonderful. She took the time to understand our needs and work within our budget. She explained all the car features in detail and was very knowledgeable of the Major Dodge process. We never worked with Dolores in the past and for a first time "she's great"! She gave us reassurance that in our financial situation we could drive away in the car we needed for our business. Our overall experience at Major Dodge was Excellent and we will return for our future purchases and definitely recommend this dealership to our family and friends. Could not be Happier :) I walked into the dealership after doing a lot of research online, I wanted to price out my options and I drove away in a brand new car. It's been about a month and my fiance and I LOVE our new Jeep Compass. Jennifer was professional, informative and patient. Her honest interaction has had a lasting echo with my overall satisfaction of my purchase. The deal I received beat 2 other dealer quotes I received. I highly recommend working with Jennifer as she coordinated my application processing, assisted and advised me with my financing approval and introduced me to my sales agent Dolores. Dolores efficiently helped me finalize my purchase. I met several other associates during my visit and found everyone to be friendly and courteous. During this morning's rush hour snow storm. I clicked my keyless engine start from my 3rd floor walkup and had my car warming up while I laced my boots and finished my coffee. As I was clearing the snow off my windshield, a watched a Rav4's tires spin out trying to get traction, I confidently jumped in my 4x4 and had no problem navigating the unplowed streets.
