I was, however, very unhappy to arrive at 7:30 for my scheduled appointment only to find out that the shuttle service had been discontinued. An email to Toyota customers would have been nice to communicate this new policy. More

Overcharged and even after that not done service as discusse I am coming here from last 3 years for my 2014 Camry. I called for appointment for oil change and asked for price for service. Attendent told me $52.9 I am coming here from last 3 years for my 2014 Camry. I called for appointment for oil change and asked for price for service. Attendent told me $52.95 but when I reached there my service advisor charged me $69.95. I did not see that price at first instant. When I saw price is higher then committed then I talked to service advisor. He said for oil change it is $52.95 but we are doing tire rotation and top up fluids. I told him I don't want tire rotation because I got that service free from Costco (Tires bought from Costco). But he said you want to top up fluids so price will remain same even if don't want tire rotation. When my car came I saw all fluids levels were same except windshield water. I talked to him again but he said if we told up other fluids( brake oil, coolant etc) then it will overflow. These are at good level and "above low" level. He was right my fluids are "above low" but these are just above low and "too much low from high level". My next service is after 10000 miles and I don't think these fluids will be above low far that long. I paid for service extra $17+ tax but still did not get what forgot what I paid. I think this is not good for customers who are coming to you from last 3 years and trust you. Behavior of service advisor was good. He was friendly to talk. So No complain with behavior but definitely from service. More
