Consistently disappointed with this dealership. I bought a brand new car in August. The only reason I have two stars is Joe was easy and pleasant to work with. After dealing with Joe, the salesman, everything was downhill. Financing upsold me things that THEY KNEW would not be of value to me. The female that showed me how to use the tech on my car was in a hurry and did not do a great job. I still don’t understand many aspects of my car. She also answered a personal call while sitting in the car with me. Super unprofessional. She “scheduled” my first service but when I called, the service dept had no record. The service dept was subpar. I pulled in first. Four cars pulled in after me. The helped the two cars next to me and the one behind me first. BEFORE even asking why I was there. When my rude service rep came up I asked why we were being helped out of order. She said maybe they are here for oil changes? Um okay… but nobody has even asked why I am here, how do you know I am not also here FIRST for an oil change? Her customer service was nonexistent. When I asked what all they were doing she said checking fluids and rotating my tires. So stupid. My car has 1600 miles so that’s a waste of time. My tires were not rotated, I don’t know if the fluids were topped off. The original girl that set up the appointment said that I was bringing in my car to make sure that everything was running perfectly. Absolutely not the case. Then I get a call to schedule my appointment, that I was just at the day before. I told her I had just been there and frankly I was irritated about my experience. She told me a service manager would reach out. It’s been over a month and nobody has called, I wouldn’t want to make that call either buddy. I will be paying off this car by the end of the year and buying another brand new Toyota for my son AT A DIFFERENT TOYOTA DEALERSHIP. After being harassed since August when I purchased my car for a review, here you go, I hope you enjoy my awesome review. More
