New computer system had me waiting to check in for over 40 minutes. Then I received a text to replace air filters but since I did not see or know they did not do it and I after I approved via text because 40 minutes. Company's should not take customer service out of play when implementing technology that is all electronic to the customer. IT IS STILL OK TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMER! The manager was nice enough to call me back about my concerns, even though I will need another trip to the service department. More
I was told that I have an appointment at 1 pm to service (a wheel alignment) my truck, and I expect the service to be completed within a reasonable amount of time. When I asked the man at the front desk on how long is the service going to take, he told me that my truck wouldn’t be finished and ready until 4:30 pm. At that point I refused the service because I had another appointment at 4 pm that I had to attend, so it didn’t work out. A wheel alignment doesn’t take 3 and a half hours to complete. More
