I was in for an express service and was quoted 60-90 minutes, with it likely being closer to 90 minutes. At 150 minutes, I inquired as I received no communication/updates and was told it would still be minutes, with it likely being closer to 90 minutes. It was very disappointing and this was the second visit in a row, where I've waited much longer than expected without any communications or updates. The service has been declining, unfortunately. My vehicle also had contents removed from the glove box that were not returned and left on the floor. There were also scraps of trash from the service on my floor. More

After some bad experiences dealing with the Milpitas Toyota regarding service, I was hesitant to bring my car in anywhere, but it desperately needed service. I accidentally scheduled my service for the next day than when I came in, but they were not busy and able to get my car serviced. My service advisor, Christian, was very kind and patient, and let me know upfront how much it would cost, and they have a mobile system that texts you if they find any urgent repairs that you can consent to on your phone, along with the cost of getting them done. They also have a complimentary Lyft service, so I was able to wait in the library and check out some books while I waited. Maita has made me less hesitant to get my car serviced, and I feel a lot safer driving my car knowing that trustworthy people have worked on it! More
