Overall, the service was ok. It was slow and took longer than expected. I had a text telling me my vehicle was ready at 1:52pm but I couldn't get it until past 3:30pm. I was offered a $300 diagnostic fee for a tire light that "was not going off" but we all were pretty certain would reset itself once it had been driven. The light was off before I even got in the vehicle. I am guessing they did not even move the vehicle and decided to suggest the diagnostic. My company is willing to do all of the suggested maintenance on our vehicles, but random $300 charges is insulting. More

Communication regarding pick up could have been better. In the morning, I alerted the person helping me that I would need an uber/lyft to pick up my car and was told to call. I was not given a specific number to call, so I just called the Service Department. When I called at 3 PM for an uber/lyft, no one could help me live, so I left a voicemail message. No one called me back. I called again at 4 PM and was directed to voicemail again. I did not want to leave a message again. It took 2 more calls to get a live person and after being put on hold for a few minutes, I was told that she had to go look for the person who could help me and that she would have them call me back. I got a call back quickly, which was good, but when I said I needed an uber/lyft, I was then told "it's kind of late; we close at 5". I was annoyed by this, as I had called at 3 PM for the Uber, and said as much. When I picked up my car at around 4:30 PM, and after I paid, I was told to watch for my car outside. I went outside. After a few minutes, an employee approached me, checked if my car was coming, and I learned that the request for my car had not been made! I began to wonder how long I would have stood there waiting in the heat. Maita Toyota has a lot of employees and I am happy with the maintenance of my car, but not happy with the service on Monday, August 5. Thank you. More

Made an appointment weeks in advance to bring my Toyota Corolla in for an oil change ($200+) and specifically asked that they investigate the tire indicator light on the dashboard, as well as take a look a Corolla in for an oil change ($200+) and specifically asked that they investigate the tire indicator light on the dashboard, as well as take a look at my struts/shocks (tire shop recommended I replace struts/shocks, I wanted dealer's opinion). I waited on-site while the work was being done. After a few hours, they call me, tell me it's done. I go to the counter to sign and pay, and they not only did not take a look at the cause of the tire light being on, but they also didn't look at my struts/shocks. They simply said "your car is the same as when you brought it in." Thanks for nothing, I guess. $200 oil change that I could've had done for far less time and inconvenience just about anywhere else. Left multiple messages for Val Valadez, with my name and phone number, and have never heard back. Every time I call in, I'm given the name of some other manager, and they are conveniently out of office, never return my calls. To those reading this review thinking "maybe this customer is just fussy", this is not a me problem. Been to multiple Toyota dealerships over the years and never seen such poor service. More
