I have been getting my Toyota serviced here for 7+ years. I have been satisfied with their service. Elias was courteous and informative. I had a quioted wait time of 2 hours. I was there for approximately 4 hours. I was told they were short staffed after visiting and talking with the service techs and checking on the statu I was there for approximately 4 hours. I was told they were short staffed after visiting and talking with the service techs and checking on the status of my vehicle multiple times (the link I was provided showed limited or no information). I understood being short staffed could be a problem but not being told that the wait time would be increased by double was absolutely ridiculous. It was very frustrating. I really don't trust or know if they did the maintenance I paid for. More
