Your employees are very friendly and professional, but there was a time when they would summarize the visit and the health of my vehicle and they no longer do that. The wait time for drop off is ridiculous! I waited in my car with my screaming baby for 45 minutes AFTER my appointment time. And I arrived early! I will never forget that. He also set me up with a rental car so my baby and I could wait at home. More

Bad communication. Was told I would need a mold kit and that they would keep my vehicle overnight for it. And I feel like this is the same story I got another time. Why would I be charged for a part and then have to schedule another appointment for the part to be installed and pay another service fee for that part and inconvenience me more.
