We came to look at a used car for my grandson. He gave his drivers license to Ryan for some information. He never returned it, and we did not realize this until we wer almost home to Yuba City. When con his drivers license to Ryan for some information. He never returned it, and we did not realize this until we wer almost home to Yuba City. When contacted he calimed he didn't have it. We called several times and he said he couldn't find it. Later my daughter's boyfriend called, and being a little more forceful, claimed he had found it. When he drove to your dealership the next morning, was jerked around until they finally handed it over. Is this the way you do business? He had the driver license all along with the paperwork, but because we didn't buy the car he decided to make it as miserable as possible on us. I would never contemplate ever buying a car from you PS we did buy some parts from Markham in the parts dept. He was very accomodating and very friendly More
Mehdi was sooo awesome. I felt totally comfortable and not at all pressured. They got me into the car I wanted and at the payment I needed and not once did I feel bullied or overwhelmed. I will definitel not at all pressured. They got me into the car I wanted and at the payment I needed and not once did I feel bullied or overwhelmed. I will definitely continue to use them for all my needs More
I just bought a brand new Rav4 in the middle of October, we had noticed that the passenger door didn't move 'as easily' about 2 weeks after purchase..we didn't think much about it, until this past Thursday we had noticed that the passenger door didn't move 'as easily' about 2 weeks after purchase..we didn't think much about it, until this past Thursday night the door seemed really hard to open & close, as if it was rubbing against the panel. Then the window wouldn't roll back up! I took my new car into this dealership to get it fixed, when they called me later that afternoon, they said the Door-Strap was bent & it bent the window track frame. They then suggested I contact my insurance company to have the whole door changed out! They said they see this 'all the time' 'the wind could have blown the door a little to wide & bent the strap'. WOW.. if they see this 'all the time' shouldn't TOYOTA make a STRONGER STRAP if that was the case! Robert told me there was no outside damage to the door, its all internal..but its not covered under the bumper-to-bumper warranties.. ??? I told them that if you 'see this all the time' then its obviously a defect in Toyota's building & it needs to be corrected. I shouldn't have to shell out another $800 on top of the $20+ I just paid LESS than 2 months ago for a defect. Robert than told me "maybe you should take it back to the Folsom Toyota Dealer where you purchased it for a second opinion or talk to your insurance" --WOW was all I could think, is this how Toyota treats their customers? This is my FIRST Toyota ever & its not looking good so far! Needless to say, I took my car the next day to FOLSOM Toyota, where I purchased it & explained what I just went through.. They were surprised that ANY TOYOTA employee would say something like that, Toyota is Toyota, wherever the location is..(so I thought too) ~ The people at Folsom treated me with respect, understanding & agreed it is a defect in the car & is opening a case with Corporate to have it repaired. Obviously a less than 2 month old car should not be having DOOR problems when the door is RARELY used in the first place & i'm the only one who USES IT! Oh..and to Roberts comment about 'high winds can cause the door to open to wide & bend it.. it could have happened in those 40mph winds we had the other day" --Robert, those 40mph winds came through between 3-6am.. trust me, I woke up when i heard it & went RIGHT BACK TO SLEEP! My daughter and I came in to buy a Corolla on Nov 9. We had talked to Tony U. multiple times and were quite clear that we wanted to purchase a 2013, with 0% financing. We had obtained a quote of $16, 468 had talked to Tony U. multiple times and were quite clear that we wanted to purchase a 2013, with 0% financing. We had obtained a quote of $16, 468 at Roseville (they had an ad for $15,968 in the paper, but that was with the rebate). Tony said he would match it. The Roseville dealer did not have my daughter's preferred color but since we had done business there before they said if we would take her second choice color they would bring the price down another three hundred dollars to $16,168. Kara spoke to Tony and he said he would match that price (actually, he said $16,188, twenty dollars more) with the 0% finance. When we got to the dealership at out appointment time, Tony was busy with another customer and we dealt with a guy named Phil. Phil did not say much but when I gave him our trade in to look at, I had told him that it was '99 Camry and that we were the original owners. He then disappeared for a while and when he came back he asked if we were the original owners (I actually had said so three times) and he wrote the car down as a 2006. Then he asked if we were going to put anything down...I had already said I was putting $6000 down. He said that we were to talk to the finance manager, I think his name was Ron Sharp. We actually had sent Tony a pre approval form in the mid afternoon. When Ron came in he had marked the price (over another written one) of (I think) $16, 688 telling me that the the 16,188 Tony quoted me was based on the rebate price. We were shocked because we had been very clear to Tony, during the afternoon, that we were offered the $16,168 with the 0%) and he said he would match it (plus 20 dollars). My daughter repeated the deal, in the conversation, and her boss (at Bing Maloney) was standing there and heard her. In other words, they were pulling a fast one on us and Tony was saying that he only quoted that price figuring with the rebate and acting like we hadn't filled out the credit report during the afternoon, as he had asked (which obviously we wouldn't have needed for the rebate deal since that was cash.). He looked right at Kara and said she NEVER asked about 0%, so why did we do the credit report then????? I have never been treated so abominably in any sales situation, and this is my fifth purchase of a toyota. So much for loyalty from a company I have been with since my first purchase in 1975 ($2771for a corolla, it was advertised as the cheapest sticker price in America, back then). I can't tell you how upset I am at our treatment and I think your sales staff is so incredibly unethical, appallingly disrespectful, and just treated us like we were incompetent. The next daya t he general manager called us (after I sent this letter) and said that oh, there was just a misunderstanding...and not sounding at all sorry or concerned, just doing a token effort, adding insult to injury. We went to Roseville where we were absolutely treated to respectful, friendly, honest sservice by Chris Scarborough. More

I have been meaning to write this review for a few weeks now.. Its because of the reviews on this site and after reading them, lead me to Maita and in particular Mehdi Razza. In the past I've had horrible n now.. Its because of the reviews on this site and after reading them, lead me to Maita and in particular Mehdi Razza. In the past I've had horrible new car buying experiences. I once was a victim of a bait and switch (GMC dealership in Auburn in the late 80's now located in Roseville automall, if you research you can figure out the dealership). Since then i've purchased a couple new cars after that. All my experiences were less than satisfactory. So when i decided to purchase this vehicle (2012 Scion XB) I did a lot of research online before making contact with Maita(Mehdi Razza). Being leery of car salesmen and dealerships in general I initiated contact through email. I asked that all our communication be conducted through email and that I didn't want any phone calls. I did this for a couple of reasons. Email provide me with proof in writing of any details, deals or discussions. The second was I didn't want the pressure usually associated with salesmen. Mehdi honored my wishes and kept all contact via email. I later realized that was a mistake. Mehdi is not your normal car salesman. Had i known then what I know now I would have dealt with him face to face from the start. Throughout the process Mehdi kept me informed on everything going on with Scion and their closeout price slashing. He kept me apprized of their inventory and dealt with my unique situation with care. I intended on purchasing the vehicle in cash and was waiting on a check. I informed him of my situation and he bent over backwards to make sure i knew how many XB's that fit what i was looking for was in their inventory (color/options very important since 2012 is the last year scion manufactured the XB). Unfortunately time had run out and their inventory was down to one vehicle that fit what i was looking for. I decided to go down and take a test drive (while still waiting on my check) on the last one they had falling into my needs. After meeting Mehdi and taking the test drive I realized my mistake. What a generally all around nice guy! He asked me what i thought about the car. I told him it was exactly what i was looking for. He immediately took it off the lot to be sold and held it for me. Scion was offering an extra 1K off all their 2012 models up to a certain date. I was caught in a dilemma. The check i was waiting on (between clearing my bank and the closeout sale)I was going to miss out by 2 days. After explaining my situation Mehdi made it all happen. I drove my new Scion home with the great price beating the deadline while they held my check for the new car for a few days making the whole deal possible. I am glad to say that Mehdi has restored my faith in salesmen in general. It will be a long time before I purchase a new vehicle again but when I do, where ever Mehdi is employed I'm going through him first. I have no hesitations in recommending Mehdi to anyone looking to purchase a new car. And if you're like myself and had not so pleasant experiences in the past I highly recommend you see Mehdi Razza. Thanks Mehdi! More

We asked for Mehdi Raza specifically. My wife had read several reviews on his approach to selling cars and his professionalism. The reviews were spot on. Buying a car can be a taxing endeavor but Mehdi several reviews on his approach to selling cars and his professionalism. The reviews were spot on. Buying a car can be a taxing endeavor but Mehdi was responsive and did not attempt to pressure or overly influence our decision. We will be calling Mehdi again next time we need a car. More
My 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid inverter/converter failed while driving. My extended warranty covered it, and those parts were involved in a recall. The parts that failed had been redesigned in 2007.The failed while driving. My extended warranty covered it, and those parts were involved in a recall. The parts that failed had been redesigned in 2007.The invoice indicated that the new, redesigned part was installed. The part number on my "new" inverter/converter shows that an obsolete, un-redesigned part was put in.I contacted the dealer service department, and also opened a case with Toyota. They both blaim it on the other, so I filed a claim with CA Bureau of Automotive Repairs.Waiting for resolution. Will contact the Attorney General, and "Ask Curtis".May file civil suit if necessary.
