Excellent Service! I took my car in due to my check engine light turning on. Whenever anything lights up that isn't suppose to right away I panic and drive it in to Mait I took my car in due to my check engine light turning on. Customer Service I took my Highlander in for it's regularly scheduled oil change. While waiting I was walking around looking at the new vehicles and Ali asked me if he I took my Highlander in for it's regularly scheduled oil change. While waiting I was walking around looking at the new vehicles and Ali asked me if he could help me. I said no thanks I'm just looking and we continued to chat and the next thing I know I'm test driving a used Highlander. Ali was a no pressure salesman, he mad my buying my car a very pleasant experience. I also purchased leather seats for my new car. When I got a call from Chris telling me that my leather was ready to be installed, we picked a date for installation. When I got there I was assisted by Eddie Sanchez. He told me that I it was arranged for me to have a rental, which was a 2014 Camry. Nice! After three days, I got a call from Eddie saying that my car was ready to be picked up and he was going to make sure that the car was brought up so I would not have to wait. I got there and my car was ready, Eddie greeted me when I entered the service area. He walked out and inspected the car with me and I informed him that I had a concern with how one of the seats looked. He said that once the material gets used and stretched out, if I'm still unhappy with the results, to be sure to bring the car back and it will be taken care of. So when I started up my car I noticed that the light was on indicating that I was low on gas. Eddie went and spoke with the manager and came back and told me to wait inside while someone went and put some gas in my car. I was very impressed with the way Eddie handled my concerns and while I was waiting , we talked and the conversation got down to a personal level. I would and will recommend Maita to all of my family and friends. More
