New car experience I just bought a brand new car from Maita Toyota. Everyone was very pleasant. The buying process wad not horrible like the old days of buying cars. However, I pointed out that the steering wheel was not aligned. Instead of fixing it for me right away, I had to drive my brand new car home with this imperfection. Needless to say, the experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. A few days later, I took the car in to get it fixed, it took them 40 min just to check me in for service. Is this normal? More

My salesperson,Sophia, did an excellent job of understanding what I was looking for and explaining all the features for the car I decided to buy. Not a hint of any pressure to buy more than I wanted. Sophia pays attention to all the details that I might not think of,such as making sure to notify my insurance company before I drove off the lot,so I was covered. .You could tell by her actions that she has been doing this for years.From start to finish,Sophia was there for me through the entire process.If you decide to visit Maita Toyota...ask for Sophia Sayad. This dealership completely renewed my hope that it doesn't have to be so bad. Mike my sales rep and the sales manager both went above and beyong to ensure my happiness and were awesome to work with and Ron my finance guy was just as great really helped me out to give me just what I wanted and to help get my payment to fit within my budget. Overall this dealership and their staff get excellent ratings from me, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy new or used. Thanks guys for restoring my hope!! More
