Friendly no pressure Avalon purchase. Dealt with Mike Boyd in purchasing a new 2017 Avalon. Costco program lead me to Maita; glad it did I knew exactly what I wanted & talked to several dealerships. As with past purchases, I had the unhappy experience of being promised a specific deal o I knew exactly what I wanted & talked to several dealerships. As with past purchases, I had the unhappy experience of being promised a specific deal on the phone, only to learn they didn't actually have the vehicle, or they tried to increase the price, once I was at the (non-Maita) dealership. I was even told by one that they were part of the Costco program, only to learn before signing that it wasn't true. A call to Costco's auto buyer program lead to Maita. I got exactly the car I wanted at the lowest price of any of the dealerships. Everyone was very friendly, from the young man at the little cafe (a nice feature!) to Matt & Mike in sales & Sami in finance. It was a huge relief to finally complete the deal & know that it was fair. We have to emplacement another car soon & will definitely call Maita. More
