This dealership completely renewed my hope that it doesn't have to be so bad. Mike my sales rep and the sales manager both went above and beyong to ensure my happiness and were awesome to work with and Ron my finance guy was just as great really helped me out to give me just what I wanted and to help get my payment to fit within my budget. Overall this dealership and their staff get excellent ratings from me, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy new or used. Thanks guys for restoring my hope!! More

Excellent Experience. Everything about our experience was great. My wife and Kathy went to high school together and we are grateful for her help. Excellent, no hassle service, with excellent followup After getting an excellent quote through Consumer Reports Truecar system, we dealt with Mike Boyd and David MacAdams, on Friday and Saturday, looking After getting an excellent quote through Consumer Reports Truecar system, we dealt with Mike Boyd and David MacAdams, on Friday and Saturday, looking at both a 2017 Corolla on Friday with Dave, and Camry Hybrid on Saturday with Mike. Decided on the Camry and they found one in Yuba City, had it driven down the same day, and we were in and out of the dealership in about 3 hours. Worked with Sami in Finance and he was very professional, not pushy and explained everything in detail. Came back on the following Wednesday, in the middle of the mess with the shooting of the Sheriff's deputy and CHP officers, and had a Karr security system installed. Despite the problems with sheltering in place and a lot of confusion, I had an excellent sandwich at the snack shop in the dealership, and was out in a little over two hours. I have been contacted by Robin in Customer Service to determine if everything is working okay and offering assistance with the technology if needed. Excellent service all around. I'm taking the technology one step at a time and so far everything is working great. Nice to know there is someone to call if I need help. Will definitely recommend Maita to my friends. More
