So nice and straight forward No sleazy stuff at this dealership. It was all very honest and straight forward. They traded with another dealer to get the car we wanted...but when w No sleazy stuff at this dealership. It was all very honest and straight forward. They traded with another dealer to get the car we wanted...but when we saw it, we didn't like it that much and ended up getting another car on the lot. Mario was very nice about it. The whole process took maybe an hour and a half at most. Drove off the lot with a beautiful new Prius Prime (and it's been a great car!). More

Waist of precious time I saved up my $$ for years and went to buy my first brand new car (I am 60 years old). Picked one out and when I came to buy it that car was gone. Qui I saved up my $$ for years and went to buy my first brand new car (I am 60 years old). Picked one out and when I came to buy it that car was gone. Quickly they found another one except instead of 5 miles it had a little over 100 miles. Well, not that big of a deal. It also had some chips on the paint, but I was assured it would be fixed. Gave them my cash and they called me a few weeks later to get the paint repair. I waited 3 hours and when I got my car back there was no difference. I went in to the person who sold me the car and said he would take care of it but I would have to leave my car for a week. Lucky I was going on vacation but still a bit inconvenient. Dropped it off Tuesday night and got a call the next day saying it was done. I explained that it couldn't be. Oh but mam it is. The next day I got a call saying it wasn't ALL done, but it was now. I asked if they personally looked the car. No mam I just make the calls. Once again I explained I was told it would take a week not a day to fix and that I had already wasted a day the first time. He assured me all was good. I sent a few text's to my sales person, but no reply. I just picked up my car and had to make arrangements to get there and cancel what I had to do and my car still was NOT FIXED. I am so mad. Of course I get an apology and they tell me I have to leave it there. I drove away. I think I am going to return my car for a refund and go buy one at a place that doesn't waist my time More

The UN at Maita Toyota of Sacramento, California! What a great experience doing business with Maita Toyota, and its personnel representing the UN! My main sales person was Tim Vang, a Hmong by ethnic What a great experience doing business with Maita Toyota, and its personnel representing the UN! My main sales person was Tim Vang, a Hmong by ethnicity, a very professional, and knowledgeable rep who knew the nuances in dealing with Asians, and generational gaps which we were a part of. Chay Kuo, a Chinese, was also was part of the transaction. The attending sales manager was an understanding "grandpapa", and patient man from Iran, who provided many answers to our concerns. The Service Dept. reps B. Shibata (Japanese), and Steve Morris (Canadian?) also took part in our decision making. All in all, it was a great pleasure in dealing with such diversity, and the feeling of "family" at Maita Toyota! Thanks much, Maita!!! More
