We started our negotiation using the invoice price rather than MSRP and offered more discounts and deals. Comparing price with dealership in Washington, Mel is less expensive (by $400). Another dealership (California) is over $1500 in price. More

When I arrived at the dealership I was met by the person I communicated with on email and they worked with me throughout the entire process leading to the purchase of a Toyota Highlander (2018). I didn't have to run the gauntlet of 5 or 6 sales persons. Each question and need that I expressed was met with courteous attention. Thank you Maita. I have met others who have dealt with your dealership and shared similar stories--something that I don't hear concerning other dealerships. I look forward to more business with you in the future. Brian checked me in and helpfully arranged for an Uber to take me home as the repair was expected to take longer than I was willing to wait. He called me once the problem was determined to be rodents with an estimate. The repair was completed within the estimated time. Brian quickly took my payment. There was about a fifteen-minute wait for my car after checking with the valet. A comment about the Uber service: I've never taken Uber before and admit that it is a bit more convenient than your previous in-house shuttle. The Uber drivers did arrive promptly. It, however, is a bit disconcerting to be driven by a driver with a breathalyzer installed. I am unclear on whether I should have been extremely distressed about it or comforted that at least he was not currently legally intoxicated according to the breathalyzer. The only complaint about the Uber driver on my return was that he had the thermostat set to about 90 degrees. I'd suggest that you contract with a real cab company with professional drivers possessing commercial drivers licenses. More

I left it overnight so that they could try a cold start. the only thing that worries me is that the only thing that was done on my car was that my grandson tighted a nut on the battery. Now, Maita or the security system business could not find any reason for the non start. More

Did not honor wheel balance from folsom toyota. I was greeted by workers with a smile and vehicle was taken in by a driver for oil change. I informed Bethany Arntzen that I purchased the tires on my Toyota Tocoma from Toyota at Folsom Lake Toyota. I requested a wheel rotation since tires were purchased from Toyota and were purchased with free tire rotation. Bethany informed me she could not have tires rotated due to tires were not purchased at Maita. She indicated Maita does not honor tire rotation from other car dealers. I conduct all my maintenance on my Toyota Tacoma with Toyota and have bought 3 from Toyota. I was looking for a new location to service my vehicle since I spend most of my time in the Arden Area. Unfortunately due to your dealership not honoring a wheel rotation on my Toyota Tacoma, I will not be returning to your dealership for service. More
