Excellent Service Advisor Karina Gonzalez provided me with a thorough and knowledgeable explanation of the service that was performed on my Camry. Karina even explained how I could save money on tires by waiting for the Spring sale. She gave me printouts to compare tire types so that I could make an educated decision. She also explained in detail the service that was performed today. She was friendly, professional, and great to work with. I am glad Maita Toyota has service advisors like Karina on their staff.
