Highlander Service Dec 2017 The service as usual was professional and courteous. The maintenance was finished in a timely manner and a return phone call as prompt. I was, however, very unhappy to arrive at 7:30 for my scheduled appointment only to find out that the shuttle service had been discontinued. An email to Toyota customers would have been nice to communicate this new policy. More
