Awesome maintenance on my vehicle almost 18 years I have a 1996 4Runner and have brought it to Maita for most of the years I have had it. That means waste of gas and wear and tear on my vehicle plus time in the end is money down the drain. The dealer mess it up big time. Not to mention the automated system did not let me post the first review so who ever reads this post keep in mind that where trying to keep the truth hidden. More

KUDOS TO MATT AND SAMI!!! I had a great experience except for one dingbat at the end who smelled like alcohol and announced she had 'not even been home today." [meaning she was probably at a bar all night], I reported the incident to the Sales Manager and received a satisfactory response. After we gave up on the dingbat, she stomped away; but she did get a young man who was incredibly knowledgeable and clear. I wish I remembered his name. Possibly Richard, possibly from Service. HOW FOR THE GREAT PART: I had a Lexus with 45,000 miles, but it was old and didn't have any of the current safety features so I decided to buy a new car. I wasn't sure what I wanted. I was researching different brands. I went to Maita on a weekday morning and told Matt Landing that I was doing research, was not going to purchase a car, and that I just wanted to drive a Camry XLE. He had a young woman take us, and I felt very comfortable in the Camry. It drove much like my existing vehicle. When we returned, I had a few questions which Matt answered thoroughly and professionally. He gave me a 2018 Camry brochure and stapled his card to it. No one asked my name or phone number or anything. I was VERY impressed by that. I hate high pressure sales, and the way Matt treated me moved Maita up on my list of dealerships I would like to do business with. Fast forward some weeks when I have determined that I wanted an XLE with the Audio and Driver Assist Packages and a few accessories. I sent my specific vehicle requirements to the Internet Managers at 10 No. California Toyota dealerships and to Matt directly since I wanted to give him an opportunity. I was pressured by a few others with endless emails. I eliminated them from my search and told them never to contact me again. Matt was VERY patient, informative, and responsive as I had several questions over a period of time. Matt located a Camry with exactly what I wanted...with the pano roof which I discovered was necessary if I wanted the other two option packages. In the end, I had 2 very competitive 'bids' from other dealerships. I eliminated one because they would not provide the VIN. The second was lower than Maita, but I just had a better feeling about Maita because of Matt's abilities and helpfulness. So I drove my new Camry home from Mait on January 24th. I want to also give hight praise to Sami. He too was very patient, clear, professional. We were paying cash, and I had some difficulty understanding how the numerical information was displayed on the standard agreement. He carefully went over the numbers until they were in a format that made sense to me. When we walked into his office, I immediately stated, "I do not want an extended warranty." I walked out with one. Credit Sami with that sale. I am now happy I have it. He is the consummate professional. He is very clear and obviously experienced with dotting all the i's and crossing the t's. He is also personable and pleasant to work with. Maita needs to thank Matt and Sami. Enough Said. More

Excellent Customer Service!! I had my car towed to Maita because my car just died as I was getting off the freeway on my way home from work. As soon the tow truck arrived at Mait I had my car towed to Maita because my car just died as I was getting off the freeway on my way home from work. As soon the tow truck arrived at Maita, my car was assigned a number and I was taken to see Eddie, my service advisor. I didn't know how I would get home, but Eddie offered a car rental. Luckily, Maita was open until 7pm or else I would have been out of luck. Eddie called me the next morning and found the alternator was out. He also took care of calling my warranty to see if the part would be covered. Eddie was truly an excellent service advisor and made me feel good about having my car at Maita. Thank you Eddie!! More
