After visiting three other Toyota dealers which ended in frustration, we thought a new Toyota was not in our future. Well we contacted Maita Toyota via email and arranged a visit with their staff to test drive a new Rav4. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, the conversation with the sales representative was more.like conversing with a neighbor. We agreed on a price within minutes (several thousand less than their competitors) and completed the purchase. We were very impressed with how their staff treated us and how quick the process was. No pressure to purchase add-on's or back and forth quibbling over minor amounts on the contract. Highly recommend visiting this Dealer first for your Toyota needs, I know we will going forward. Very poor customer services Took my new Sienna van for the finish touch and alarm installed. When I picked up the van, one of the floor mat was missing. When I told Lawrence, one of the advisors, he told me Jason (the advisor helped me at the beginning) will call me the next day. However, no body from Maita ever call me back. I called Maita back two days after. Spoke to the receptionist, explained to her what the issue was. She assured me that someone will call me back, Guess what? More

Although our car's issue still remains somewhat a mystery, it was clear Bryce made every effort with his team to try to diagnose the issue.
