Jacob had a smile on his face as he greeted me. After he had asked me what brought me in today, he proceeded to make some notes and then walked to the building and held open the door for me. He typed and printed the forms to began service on my vehicle. After I signed a form he gave me a copy and pleasantly said to make myself comfortable in the waiting area. The wait area is spacious and is stocked with complementary bottled water and snacks. However, if a person wants refreshments from the vending machines, there is a large selection of drinks and snacks. The service my vehicle needed was completed under the time frame Jacob stated. I had a question about using my phone to get maps displayed on the screen (I got a new phone) and Jacob was able to assist me with it. He was very pleasant and seemed happy to assist me and afterwards asked if I had any more questions. Jacob is a gem for you to have on your staff. Thank you, Jacob keep up the great service. ✌️ More

From the time I purchased my first Subaru in 2016 Maita Subaru is my preferred dealer. The staff come out to greet me while I’m still in my car to get mileage and any concerns I might have.
