He typed and printed the forms to began service on my vehicle. After I signed a form he gave me a copy and pleasantly said to make myself comfortable in the waiting area. The wait area is spacious and is stocked with complementary bottled water and snacks. However, if a person wants refreshments from the vending machines, there is a large selection of drinks and snacks. The service my vehicle needed was completed under the time frame Jacob stated. I had a question about using my phone to get maps displayed on the screen (I got a new phone) and Jacob was able to assist me with it.
