I had another excellent experience at Maita Subaru. The service team is always professional and friendly. Shane, in particular, was fantastic in helping me update the software on my Subaru Ascent. I was interested in purchasing a 2024 or 2025 Subaru Legacy from Maita. What should've been a simple process was a complete pain in the xxx. They had zero base models in stock. I sent a simple question to their internet sales department via email asking if they could match the price from Hanlee's in Napa for the same exact car, just in gray instead of white. Their clueless internet sales representative Kelly Rianda doesn't know how to utilize reading comprehension. He sent me their current inventory that I had zero interest in. He sent annoying follow-up emails after I unsubscribed from their mailing list. I finally asked him to please stop harassing me because he's annoying and that he lost a potential sale from lack of attentiveness. His rude retort was I sent my message after hours. He certainly didn't respond after hours. I'd highly suggest you purchase a car elsewhere where you'll be treated with dignity and respect. I ended up purchasing mine from Hanlee's in Napa, and their level of service was second to none from the very beginning. Maita could certainly learn a few lessons from them, and perhaps more people wouldn't be inclined to purchase vehicles out of the area. Kelly, I hope you learned your lesson. Disrespecting a customer is never acceptable, and reading emails before responding to them is an important business fundamental you clearly need to work on. More

I had an appointment, When I got there I realized I forgot my purse, I went in and told them that I needed to reschedule as I did not have any money with me. They suggested to go home get my purse and forgot my purse, I went in and told them that I needed to reschedule as I did not have any money with me. They suggested to go home get my purse and come back, which I did. they were very helpful and accommodating. I came back about an hour later and they serviced my car. I was happy to get the service done and out of the way. Thank you Shane for your help. More
