I've been bringing my car here since I bought it in 2005. My son brought the car in for an express oil change. Waited 2.45 hours to be told they couldn't do it because the oil pan bolt was bad. Maita Honda My son brought the car in for an express oil change. Waited 2.45 hours to be told they couldn't do it because the oil pan bolt was bad. Maita Honda was the last one to change the oil and didn't have a problem then. When I called to complain, the service manager told me they weren't offering express oil change during COVID, yet the "Express Oil Change " sign was out. He had to be to work 2.30 hours after he got there. No one told him it would be 3 hours or he wouldn't have stayed. Very poor customer service!! More
