The service department looked at my 2019 civic purchased back in May ,2019 due to a clunking noise from left rear shock that had failed at 33,000 miles and 36,000 mileage for factory warranty would expire i back in May ,2019 due to a clunking noise from left rear shock that had failed at 33,000 miles and 36,000 mileage for factory warranty would expire in the next 30 day. Ryan from your service department was able to accommodate my schedule to diagnose and get parts ordered and schedule a time for this to be repaired. Your service depart got me in first thing at 8:00 AM for diagnosis's and replacement of failed part. Maita did a great job both times and had me out with repairs completed in 1.5 hours. Thanks for the service I received from Ryan in the service department and the mechanics that diagnosed and did the repair on my Civic. I hope that the Maita Lifetime warranty will work with the remainder for service that may be needed down the road as the service experience was great. More

So many of us that buy cars here have brake noises and they say it’s normal.
