About the only good words that can be spoken about this dealership is the fact that they had the vehicle I was looking for. Customer service was not that great. I was in for a scheduled oil change, top off fluid level and check tire pressure. For some reason I was charged $170.00. In that price there were three kits that totaled $80. One of them was a battery cleaner detector for $20.62. Looking at the battery it appears that it wasn't touched. There is dust on the entire engine compartment. I would think the battery should be clean or at least have finger prints on it. I was told that I needed some other maintenance that would cost close to $1000.00. More

Maita Honda always does a great job when servicing my car. They are courteous, knowledgeable and are always quick to let you know what the problem is.
