I had been so unsatisfied with two other Honda dealerships in the area that I was actually looking to purchase another brand. In the past I have purchased 7 Honda/Acura vehicles so I am a Honda f dealerships in the area that I was actually looking to purchase another brand. In the past I have purchased 7 Honda/Acura vehicles so I am a Honda fan. Not wanting to switch to a non Honda product I started last year with servicing my 2016 CRV at Maita Honda. I couldn't have been happier with their service dept. So when I decided I wanted a new CRV I went back. I was greeted by J.J. he and the sales manage (sorry I don't remember his name, senior moment) and Michael in the F & I dept were very helpful and professional from start to finish in purchasing my new Honda. J.J was also great with the delivery process. His vast product knowledge shows. I'm a very senior citizen purchasing a vehicles with lots of bell and whistles J.J. was very thorough and patient in helping with setting up and informing me of what all the options were used for . He told me to call him if I had any questions. He has been great at returning my calls or texts which haven't been many since his instructions were so thorough. My last purchase, a used CRV at another dealership, was basically handing me the keys. Love my new CRV and I am definitely a Maita Honda fan. More
