The salesperson Robbie and finance employees were great, very friendly and everything went smoothly. Buying a car always takes long but they did it as quickly as they could. Robbie was very thorough in showing how to operate many of the features in the car. The only thing I wasn't happy with was how clean the car I bought was. The backseat was stained and super dirty. I asked if they would clean it and they took it into the shop to but when it came out they only cleaned the front and dash area. The backseat was still super dirty and I had to scrub it myself. Maybe they need to get on their detail crew to do a better job. Still waiting for my second key, and never got a manual. Overall, I was satisfied with the rest of the process and the car is great so far. More
